I guess this is the Nobel Committee’s way of saying “You’re sabotaging America’s war effort in Afghanistan, rapidly disarming America and setting Israel up to be nuked. Keep up the good work.”
Nobel Peace Prize = Socialist Prize
U.S. President Barack Obama has been awarded the Nobel Peace Prize today.
The Norwegian Nobel Committee said today that Mr Obama has won the 2009 Nobel Peace Prize for ‘his extraordinary efforts to strengthen international diplomacy and cooperation between peoples’.
However today’s announcement will raise eyebrows among critics who may argue that Mr Obama, who has been in office for just ten months, has not yet had time to create a lasting achievement worthy of the prize.
Though his name has been mentioned in speculation before the award, many Nobel watchers believed it was too early to award the president.
