2) Afghanistan has 11 letters.

This could be a mere coincidence, but this gets more interesting:
1) New York is the 11th state.
2) The first plane crashing against the Twin Towers was flight number 11.
3) Flight 11 was carrying 92 passengers. 9 + 2 = 11
4) Flight 77 which also hit Twin Towers , was carrying 65 passengers. 6+5 = 11
5) The tragedy was on September 11, or 9/11 as it is now known. 9 + 1+ 1 =11
6) The date is equal to the US emergency services telephone number 911.

Sheer coincidence..?! Read on and make up your own mind:
1) The total number of victims inside all the h i-jacked planes was 254.
2 + 5 + 4 = 11.
2) September 11 is day number 254 of the calendar year.
Again 2 + 5 + 4 = 11..
3) The Madrid bombing took place on 3/11/2004. 3 + 1 + 1 + 2 + 4 = 11.
4) The tragedy of Madrid happened 911 days after the Twin Towers incident.
Now this is where things get totally eerie:
The most recognized symbol for the US , after the Stars & Stripes, is the
Eagle. The following verse is taken from the Quran, the Islamic holy book:
‘For it is written that a son of Arabia would awaken a fearsome Eagle. The
wrath of the Eagle would be felt throughout the lands of Allah while some
of the people trembled in despair still more rejoiced: for the wrath of the
Eagle cleansed the lands of Allah and there was peace.’
That verse is number 9.11 of the Quran.

This should come as no surprise. Anyone who denies the Holocaust would make a perfect 9-11 Truther. I guess we were right when we denied Ahmadinejad a visit to Ground Zero.
Ahmadinejad: US used September 11 as ‘pretext’ for invasions
Iranian President Mahmoud Ahmadinejad accused the United States on Tuesday of using the September 11, 2001 attacks as a “pretext” to launch invasions and cast doubt on the accepted version of the terror strikes.
“On the pretext of this incident a major military operation was launched and oppressed Afghanistan was attacked. Tens of thousands of people have been killed until now,” he said in a speech broadcast on state television.
“Poor Iraq was attacked. According to official figures… one million people have been killed,” he said in the speech marking Iran’s day of nuclear technology.
He appeared to cast doubt on the official version of the attacks, saying the names of those killed had never been published and questioning how the planes had hit the towers of the World Trade Centre in New York.
“An event was created in the name of the attack against the twin towers. We were all sad. It was said that 3,000 people were killed,” Ahmadinejad said.
“But the names of the 3,000 people were never published and nobody was able to respond to the main question, which is how is it possible that with the best radar systems and intelligence networks the planes could crash undetected into the towers.”
This is the first time that Ahmadinejad has spoken publicly about his interpretation of the attacks of September 11, 2001.
The government of Iran’s then reformist president Mohammad Khatami was quick to condemn the airborne attacks on New York and Washington carried out by Al-Qaeda militants which killed nearly 3,000 people.
However hardline newspapers have on occasion described the attacks as a conspiracy that was devised by the White House to justify its attacks on Iraq and Afghanistan.
Iran and the United States have had no diplomatic relations since the seizure of the US embassy in Tehran in the wake of the 1979 Islamic revolution and remain at loggerheads over the Islamic republic’s nuclear programme.
“Discrimination has been applied in the world and the lie has become the rule. Threat and pillage is something that has become acceptable,” Ahmadinejad added.
The controversial president has previously provoked outrage by describing the Holocaust as a “myth” and raising doubts over the scale of the mass slaughter of Jews in World War II.
In his speech to Iranian dignitaries and some foreign diplomats, he also predicted the “demise” of the major powers which emerged victorious in World War II and have since dominated the international system.
He said Iran’s nuclear achievements mark the “acceleration of the trend to the destruction of major powers and with God’s help this will become reality. World powers are struggling to survive.”
The UN Security Council, whose permanent veto-wielding members are the victorious Allied powers from World War II, has imposed three sets of sanctions against Iran for refusing to suspend sensitive nuclear work.
Ahmadinejad described the Iranian nuclear programme as the “most important political event in the contemporary era.”

The trial that began in Britain yesterday regarding the terror plot by Radical Muslims back in August of 2006 to blow up airliners over the Atlantic is revealing what would have been the biggest terror attack since 9/11.
Now I’m all for racial profiling and I think that anybody that looks like these guys should not be allowed on any airplane.
British Terrorists Planned Homicide Bomb Attacks on Seven Flights Over North America
A British terrorist cell planned to detonate homicide bombs on seven transatlantic flights over North America, causing catastrophic loss of life, a court was told yesterday.
The flights chosen by the alleged terrorists – based in Walthamstow, East London – were scheduled to leave Heathrow Terminal 3 one afternoon carrying almost 2,000 passengers and crew.
Peter Wright, QC, opening the prosecution case against eight men accused of the plot, said that the attacks would have had “a truly global impact”.
The seven aircraft were destined for six American and Canadian cities: New York, Washington DC, Chicago, San Francisco, Toronto and Montreal.
Wright said that the eight defendants shared a common interest in “inflicting heavy casualties upon an innocent civilian population, all in the name of Islam”.
He told Woolwich Crown Court that the key component of the bombs was a liquid hydrogen peroxide explosive carried in half-liter bottles of soft drinks.
The devices would have been carried in hand luggage, along with detonators made from batteries and disposable cameras.
No date had been finalised for the series of attacks but the alleged conspirators had conducted detailed research on flights leaving London between August and October 2006. The date range included the fifth anniversary of the September 11 attacks.
The jury was told that the alleged plot was thwarted when police made a series of arrests on August 9, 2006. That operation prompted a massive security alert at airports worldwide. Passengers were banned from carrying hand luggage and many flights were cancelled. Chaos ensued at airports around the world and international travel ground to a halt. The continuing restrictions on carrying liquids on aircraft are a direct result of security measures imposed after the alleged plot.
Wright named the key plotters as Abdulla Ahmed Ali, 27, Assad Sarwar, 27, and Mohammed Gulzar, 26. He said that Mr Ali and the five other defendants – Waheed Zaman, 23, Tanvir Hussain, 26, Ibrahim Savant, 27, Arafat Waheed Khan, 26, and Umar Islam (aka Brian Young), 29 – were prepared to be homicide bombers along with as many as 12 other plotters.
“They are men with the cold-eyed certainty of the fanatic, prepared to board an aircraft with the necessary ingredients and equipment to construct and detonate a device that would bring about not only loss of their own lives but also of all those who happened to be taking that journey,” he said.
The defendants all deny charges of conspiracy to murder and conspiracy to cause an explosion on an aircraft. The trial continues.
Video Of Jet Vaporizing May Offer Evidence To Skeptics Of The 9/11 Pentagon Crash
This is an interesting video from the Sandia National Laboratories website that may provide evidence to skeptics who cite lack of debris after the Pentagon crash. The U.S. Sandia National Laboratories conducted and filmed the test in 1988.
The absolute and total destruction as shown in the video is amazing. It makes perfect sense to me that the same thing happened in the Pentagon crash.

Sept. 11 redux: Video shows jet vaporizing
A video clip widely circulated on the Internet shows a test that pulverized an F-4 fighter on impact with a hardened target, providing evidence to answer 9/11 skeptics who question why so little identifiable airplane debris remained after the hijacked American Airlines Boeing 757 hit the Pentagon.
The test, conducted in 1988 at Sandia National Laboratories in Albuquerque, N.M., was designed to demonstrate whether a proposed Japanese nuclear power plant could withstand the impact of a heavy airliner.
A rocket-propelled, 27-ton F-4 Phantom jet, attached to a sled, aimed to hit a 3.7 meter thick slab of concrete at a speed of about 475 miles per hour.
The mass of jet fuel was simulated by water, as the effects of fire following such a collision were not a part of the test.
The test established that the major impact force was from the engines.
F-4 fighter jet engines are considerably lighter than a commercial jet.
According to the Sandia test report, about 96 percent of the aircraft’s kinetic energy went into the airplane’s destruction and some minimal penetration of the concrete, while the remaining 4 percent was dissipated in accelerating the 700-ton slab.
The concrete slab was not fixed to the ground but actually was floating on an air cushion.
The test showed the major portion of the impact energy went into the movement of the target and not in producing structural damage to the target.
Except for some slight indentation, the concrete slab was largely undamaged by the impact.
Real-world nuclear power plant containments are, of course, anchored to the ground.
The video shows the F-4 jet pulverizing on impact. The only parts of the airplane that remain intact and recognizable are the very tips of the wings, which exceeded the concrete slab in width and were not involved in the direct impact.

The test was performed under terms of a contract with the Muto Institute of Structural Mechanics, Inc., of Toyko.
Sandia is a government-owned, contractor-operated facility. Sandia Corp., a Lockheed Martin company, manages Sandia for the U.S. Department of Energy’s National Nuclear Security Administration. Sandia Labs was first established in 1949 in Albuquerque.
