Bill Clinton Was The First Black President

Forget about Barack Hussein Obama being the first black President.

Here is the proof that Bill Clinton beat him to it:

1 – He played the sax.
2 – He smoked weed.
3 – He had his way with ugly white women.

Even now, look at him… his wife works, he doesn’t and he gets a big check from the government every month.
