Maybe it’s not over. Did anyone hear the fat lady sing yet? There may be nothing to this but after the amount of bitching and whining the Democrats and their Liberal counterparts in the media did for 8 years over Bush winning Florida, I think this deserves a good amount of coverage. Let’s give them something to worry about. Pass this info on.

If The Supreme Court Decides …?

At this point, Supreme Court Justice David Souter’s Clerk informed Philip J. Berg, the lawyer who brought the case against Mr. Obama, his petition for an injunction to stay the Nov. 4 election was denied, but the clerk also required the defendants to respond to the Writ of Certiorari (which requires the concurrence of four Justices) by Dec. 1. At that time, Mr. Obama must present to the Court an authentic birth certificate, after which Mr. Berg will respond.

If Mr. Obama fails to do that, it is sure to inspire the skepticism of the justices, unaccustomed to being defied. They will have to decide what to do about a president-elect who refuses to prove his natural-born citizenship.

“I can see a unanimous court (en banc) decertifying the election if Obama refuses to produce his birth certificate,” says Raymond S. Kraft, an attorney and writer. “They cannot do otherwise without abandoning all credibility as guardians of the Constitution …”

Also remember on Dec. 13, the Electoral College meets to casts its votes. If it has been determined Mr. Obama is an illegal alien and therefore ineligible to become President of the United States, the electors will be duty-bound to honor the Constitution.

Is this Barry Sorrento’s birth certificate? Inquiring minds want to know!

Bernard Hopkins Echos Rush Limbaugh

Bernard Hopkins just says what every Philadelphia Eagles fan is thinking and if he was white people would be calling him another “Rush Limbaugh“. Nobody else in the media has the guts to tell it like it is. They don’t want to be labeled a racist.

I agree McNabb would be better off playing in Chicago.

Hopkins rips McNabb (again)

Bernard Hopkins once again didn’t mince words when voicing his criticism of Donovan McNabb during Comcast SportsNet’s Monday Night Live program.

Here’s part of what Hopkins said when asked about where the Eagles stand this year:

“Some people are athletes, still good, but don’t have that extra ‘I’m willing to sacrifice my life. I’m willing to sacrifice what I have to sacrifice to win.’ … People never forgot when things happen, they see a guy crumble under pressure. Whether they throw up on the highway, whether they throw up on the court, whether they throw up on the football field, when people see that, that sticks in the back of their mind.”

Hopkins was obviously referring to the Eagles’ Super Bowl loss to the Patriots. Some of you made the same reference in our live chat Sunday night when John Madden said McNabb looked winded as the Birds’ offense failed to get a play off before the two-minute warning in the fourth quarter.

Hopkins continued: “Every athlete should have that killer instinct in him, especially if you the quarterback… If he’s not right here and here [pointing to heart and head], and don’t want it, the team feel the vibes…”

Up to this point in the interview, Hopkins had not mentioned McNabb by name. Host Ron Burke asked Hopkins specifically if he questioned McNabb’s ability to take the Eagles to the promised land, and Hopkins responded, “Years ago, years ago.”

Hopkins went on to say that he thinks McNabb would be better off playing in Chicago, where he’s from.

“The reason things are the way they are is because of the money wrapped in him. They can’t get rid of him,” Hopkins said.

McNabb’s former teammate and current WIP host Ike Reese was sitting next to Hopkins during the conversation. He shook his head in disagreement during the interview and told Hopkins he was wrong as the segment concluded.

Again, this is not exactly breaking news, considering Hopkins has criticized McNabb for years, but just thought I’d pass along the latest installment.

The Era of White Guilt is Over

I got this in an email today and it is so good I just had to post it here. I have no idea who Tom Adkins is but he is right on.

There go my fellow conservatives, glumly shuffling along, depressed by the election aftermath. Not me. I’m virtually euphoric. Don’t get me wrong. I’m not thrilled with America’s flirtation with neosocialism. But there’s a massive silver lining in the magical clouds that lofted Barack Obama to the presidency. For today, without a shred of intellectually legitimate opposition, I can loudly proclaim to America:

The Era of White Guilt is over.

This seemingly impossible event occurred because the vast majority of white Americans didn’t give a fluff about skin color and enthusiastically pulled the voting lever for a black man. Not just any black man. A very liberal black man who spent his early career race-hustling banks, praying in a racist church for 20 years, and actively working with America-hating domestic terrorists. Yet white Americans made Barack Obama their leader. Therefore, as of Nov. 4, 2008, white guilt is dead.

So today, I’m feeling a little “uppity,” if you will. For more than a century, the millstone of white guilt hung around our necks, retribution for slave-owning predecessors. In the 1960s, American liberals began yanking that millstone while sticking a fork in the eye of black Americans, exacerbating the racial divide to extort a socialist solution to the country’s problems. But if a black man can become president, exactly what significant barrier is left? The election of Barack Obama destroys the validation of liberal white guilt. The dragon is hereby slain.

So today, I’m feeling a little “uppity,” if you will. From this day forward, my tolerance level for having my skin color hustled is exactly ZERO. No more Rev. Jeremiah Wright’s “God Damn America,” Al Sharpton’s Church of Perpetual Victimization, or Jesse Jackson’s rainbow racism. Cornel West? You’re a fraud. All those “black studies” programs must now teach kids to thank Whitey. And I want that on the final.

Congressional Black Caucus? Irrelevant. U.S. Rep. Maxine Waters (D., Calif.)? Shut up. ACORN? Outlawed. Black Panthers? Go home and pet your kitty. Black separatists? Find another nation that offers better dreams. To those Eurosnots who forged careers hating America? I’m still waiting for the first black French president.

No more quotas. No more handouts. No more complaining that “the man” is keeping you down. “The man” is now black.

It’s time to toss that massive, obsolete race-hustle machine upon the heap of the other stupid ’60s ideas. Drag it over there, right between free love and cop-killing. Careful, don’t trip on streaking. Just dump it. And then wash your hands. It’s filthy.

Obama’s ascension also creates another gargantuan irony. How can liberals sell American racism, class envy and unfairness when our new black president and his wife went to Ivy League schools, got high-paying jobs, became millionaires, bought a mansion, and are now moving to the White House? How unfair is that? Now, like a delicious O. Henry tale, Obama’s spread-the-wealth campaign rendered itself moot by its own victory! America is officially a meritocracy. Obama’s election has validated American conservatism.

So … Wham!!!

That’s the sound of my foot kicking the door shut on the era of white guilt. The rites have been muttered, the carcass lowered, dirt shoveled, and tombstone erected. Dead and buried.

However, despite my glee, there’s apparently one small, rabid bastion of American racism remaining. Black Americans voted 96% for Barak Obama. Hmmm. In a color-blind world, shouldn’t that be 50-50? Tonight, every black person should ask forgiveness for their apparent racism and prejudice towards white people. Maybe it’s time to start spreading the guilt around.

Rahm Emanuel, Obama’s Chief of Staff, on MANDATORY CIVIL SERVICE PLAN

Won’t the legions of empty headed Obama supporters be surprised when they find out elections have consequences? As for me and mine… there is no way in HELL we are going along with this! Joseph Stalin did it (although thousands ended up being slaughtered by their own government). Why not Obama? He’s a Socialist, too. They all think alike.

Our forefathers had sense enough to add this to the Constitution:

Thirteenth Amendment:

Section 1:

Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment for crime whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist within the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction.

And by the way; I already have the Greatest Sense of what it means to be an American! It’s the Democrats that have no clue.

God Bless America!

In a 2006 interview with Ben Smith of the NY Daily News, Rahm Emanuel, who will be Barack Obama’s White House chief of staff, laughed at Smith’s concerns about how far-reaching a mandatory civil-service plan would be.
