Klaus Eberwein, a former Haitian government official who was expected to expose the extent of Clinton Foundation corruption and malpractice next week, has been found dead in Miami. He was 50.
Eberwein was due to appear next Tuesday before the Haitian Senate Ethics and Anti-Corruption Commission where he was widely expected to testify that the Clinton Foundation misappropriated Haiti earthquake donations from international donors. According to Miami-Dade’s medical examiner records supervisor, the official cause of death is “gunshot to the head“. Eberwein’s death has been registered as “suicide.” Eberwein, who had acknowledged his life was in danger, was a fierce critic of the Clinton Foundation’s activities in the Caribbean island, where he served as director general of the government’s economic development agency, Fonds d’assistance économique et social, for three years. According to Eberwein, a paltry 0.6% of donations granted by international donors to the Clinton Foundation with the express purpose of directly assisting Haitians actually ended up in the hands of Haitian organizations. A further 9.6% ended up with the Haitian government. The remaining 89.8% – or $5.4 billion – was funneled to non-Haitian organizations. “The Clinton Foundation, they are criminals, they are thieves, they are liars, they are a disgrace,” Eberwein said at a protest outside the Clinton Foundation headquarters in Manhattan last year. The former director general of Haiti, who also served as an advisor to Haitian President Michel Martelly, was also a partner in a popular pizza restaurant in Haiti, Muncheez, and even has a pizza — the Klaus Special — named after him. According to the Haiti Libre newspaper, Eberwein was said to be in “good spirits“, with plans for the future. His close friends and business partners are shocked by the idea he may have committed suicide. “It’s really shocking,” said Muncheez’s owner Gilbert Bailly. “We grew up together; he was like family.” Bailly said he last spoke to Eberwein two weeks ago and he was in good spirits. They were excited about future business plans and were working on opening a Muncheez restaurant in Sunrise, he said. The Haitian government issued an official notice thanking Eberwein for his service and mourning his untimely death. “The Directorate General of FAES presents its sympathies to the bereaved families, friends and collaborator that this mourning afflicts. Peter W. Smith Committed Suicide After Telling The Press Of His Efforts To Get Hillary Clinton’s Missing Emails
Peter W. Smith, 81, was found dead just 10 days after he admitted to trying to get Hillary Clinton’s missing emails from Russian hackers. He left a note behind in all caps saying there was “NO FOUL PLAY” involved. His death has now become the subject of quite a few conspiracies, from both the Clinton side and the Trump side. Smith supposedly made remarks in emails apparently considering former National Security Adviser Michael Flynn an ally, which information some on the left tried to use to attach Flynn to the emails. After Smith talked to the Wall Street Journal about how he was trying to get Hillary Clinton’s missing emails from Russia hackers, he was found dead just 10 days later, on May 14. The stories were published in late June. The reporter said at the time that he believed Smith died of natural causes and wasn’t killed. But the Chicago Tribune learned from a death record that Smith had committed suicide. Smith was found with a bag tied over his head, attached to a helium source. A funeral home employee said they saw a helium tank in his room. The employee told The Chicago Tribune that it was about the size of a propane tank. Smith was found in a hotel near the Mayo Clinic on Sunday, May 14. The cause of death was listed as: “asphyxiation due to displacement of oxygen in confined space with helium.” The Rochester Police Chief had said the cause of death was “unusual,” according to The Chicago Tribune. But others said the method was fairly well known. Police found a note left behind by Smith, written in all caps, The Chicago Tribune reported. The note included the following:

Smoking Gun: Hillary’s Intent Found
If there was ever a smoking gun to be produced by WikiLeaks, this is it!
Specifically, James Comey originally used the argument that the evidence found against Hillary was lacking an “intent” element, meaning they didn’t find she intended to break the law. Well, the WikiLeaks release of John Podesta’s emails contain all the “intent” we need.

Later on March 2, 2015 Hillary Clinton’s top aide and attorney wrote John Podesta that “we are going to have to dump all those emails.”

You can clearly see the email from John Podesta below to Cheryl Mills saying,“On another matter….and not to sound like Lanny, but we are going to have to dump all those emails so better to do so sooner than later”
So there you have it folks! Comey’s ‘intent’ element has just been produced.
Zero hedge also points out that, “a search for Lanny Davis reveals the following curious exchange between Robby Mook and John Podesta from March 8, 2015, just days after the above mentioned exchange, in which Mook says:”
“We gotta zap Lanny out of our universe. Can’t believe he committed her to a private review of her hard drive on TV.”
Clearly, the Clinton camp had been hiding and destroying evidence the entire time and they have incriminated themselves for all of America to see.

Undisclosed PRN Staff Member then uploads Hillary’s emails to a gmail account and then transfers them over to the new PRN server. The Undisclosed PRN Staff Member deletes most of the emails from gmail but indvertently leaves 940.
- Early 2014 – Monica Hanley advises Undisclosed PRN Staff Member to wipe the Apple MacBook clean after uploading Hillary’s emails to the new PRN server but he forgets to do it
- Early 2014 – Undisclosed PRN Staff Member mails Apple MacBook back to Clinton and it is promptly lost
- December 2014 – Hillary delivers 55,000 emails to State Department
- December 2014 / January 2015 – Heather Samuelson and Cheryl Mills request emails be deleted from their computer using BleachBit
- December 2014 / January 2015 – “Unknown Clinton staff member” instructs PRN to remove archives of Clinton emails from PRN server
- March 2, 2015 – NYT releases an article showing that Hillary used a personal email server in violation of State Department rules
- March 4, 2015 – Hillary receives subpoena from House Select Committee on Benghazi instructing her to preserve and deliver all emails from her personal servers
- March 25, 2015 – Undisclosed PRN Staff Member has a conference call with “President Clinton’s Staff”
- March 25 – 31, 2015 – Undisclosed PRN Staff Member has “oh shit” moment and realizes he forgot to wipe Hillary’s email archive from the PRN server back in December…which he promptly does using BleachBit despite later admitting he “was aware of the existence of the preservation request and the fact that it meant he should not disturb Clinton’s e-mail data on the PRN server.”
- June 2016 – FBI discovers that Undisclosed PRN Staff Member forgot to erase 940 emails from the gmail account he created to help with the PRN server upload

Joe Montano (died July 25th, 2016) was the DNC chairman just before Wasserman Schultz took over. He could have been called as a witness.
Shawn Lucas (died Aug 2nd, 2016) spearheaded a class action lawsuit against the Wasserman Schultz rigging the DNC primary, stemming from Guccifer 2.0 leaked emails (prior to Wikileaks).
Wasserman Schultz tried to have the lawsuit delayed for months due to improper service, however video evidence clearly shows proper service:
