Apparently you have been doing it all wrong! In Japan you need to be good at two things to be a good sushi chef… making sushi and being social. In the traditional way to eat sushi you converse with the chef over the Sushi while the chef is making the rolls.
Remember don’t shake it! Shaking is just for men to finish at the men’s room!
