When Senator Bendict Arlen Specter (DEMOCRAT-PA) held a Town Hall meeting on health care in rural western Pennsylvania on August 13, 2009 he brought along a few busloads of his friends.

I thought the purpose of these town halls was to listen to your constituents, not some rent a mob?
