As you can probably guess, there’s not many times that eating mold is ideal. Unless you’re eating foods with edible mold, such as bleu cheese or salami, you might not want to eat foods containing it. So what happens if you eat mold? Well that depends. In some cases, there may not be any effects. In other cases, severe effects may occur.

Even if you don’t notice that your bread is fuzzy before you chow down, it’s not going to kill you … probably.
