A picture taken out of context is worth nothing. She could have been standing there along with everyone else and had only just turned away while calling police as this snap was taken. The bloke standing there with his hands in his pocket doing nothing to administer aid looks just as apathetic, but I’m sure he was actually genuinely concerned.
