Russians Re-Lite Olympic Torch With A Cigarette Lighter

I’ll bet that this is also the technique Russia uses to launch their nuclear missiles.

It seems that the Olympic Torch, in the hands of 17-times World Champion diver Shavarsh Karapetyan, decided to extinguish itself, most likely because it doesn’t really want to be there. The torch was then lit by a staff member with a fancy looking cigarette lighter.
