    Wait, wait, wait…. Bluff News Alert:

    These bills have under 200 words a page, huge margins, sometimes 3 words per line. It took this guy 50 minutes or more to “inspectional read” 1500 pages. Pardon my math, but that’s 30 pages a minute. At best – giving him every benefit, only 6,000 words a minute.
