Barack Obama (D-Kenya) Tells Audience Stimulus Is Working

Barack Obama told an audience on Wednesday that the stimulus is working. Back in February he said the stimulus must be passed or the unemployment rate would reach 9.0%.

The unemployment rate is at 9.4%!
